Systems Administrator IThe Systems Administrator I provides operational support for Diamondback's enterprise infrastructure environment, including servers, identity services, cloud platforms, and related technologies. This role is responsible for maintaining system reliability, security, and performance while supporting infrastructure projects, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with IT teams to meet business needs.Job Responsibilities:Include but are not limited to:Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Enterprise Linux environmentsSupport core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)Assist with the administration and maintenance of virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery solutionsSupport Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related cloud technologiesMonitor system performance, availability, and security while identifying and resolving infrastructure issuesAssist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments, patching, and system lifecycle management activitiesCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurationsCollaborate with IT teams and vendors to support business applications and technology initiativesAssist with automation and operational improvements using scripting tools such as PowerShellProvide technical support and cross-functional troubleshooting assistance across the IT organization as neededRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience supporting Windows Server and Enterprise Linux operating systemsExperience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, or similar infrastructure servicesBasic understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies, backup and recovery, and networking conceptsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize work, adapt to changing business needs, and work both independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a related technical roleExperience with PowerShell or other infrastructure automation toolsFamiliarity with SOX compliance requirements, ITIL practices, and service delivery conceptsExperience in the oil and gas industryDiamondback is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
