Dash's Market is looking for a General Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience and a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all store staff, including training and scheduling Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness and organization Monitor inventory levels, order products and manage stock control to minimize waste and shortages Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and food handling standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner Benefits Health Care benefits Vision & Dental options 401K program #J-18808-Ljbffr
