6 month Contract‐to‐Perm path with a well‐respected health system
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance, and referral information.
- Collect copays and outstanding balances.
- Ensure all necessary forms and consents are completed.
- Schedule follow-up appointments, lab work, and referrals at check-out.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support patient flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with patient inquiries.
- Support front desk operations including scanning, faxing, and filing.

- Strong customer service and multitasking in a busy surgical practice
- Familiarity with EMR workflows; prior auths/referrals experience is a bonus
