Responsibilities • Serve as the face and voice of AT&T to customers, responsible for closing deals by offering hands‑on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions, keeping customers connected to what matters most. How you get the job done: Kick off with paid training to equip you for independent field work, followed by coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you meet sales targets. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots, remain highly motivated, and successfully close sales. Key expectations to succeed Prior sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company‑provided vehicle. Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customers on their timeline. Compensation Base salary ranges from $34,294 to $50,050 per year plus up to $20,000 in commissions when all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers to earn up to $71,029 annually.
