Mechanical Design Engineer

• Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and testing for new and modified designs
• Lead prototype development and oversee design testing processes
• Collaborate with drafting teams to deliver accurate packaging documentation
• Guide support personnel in design execution and validation activities

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, system analysis, or product development
• 2+ years of experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE)
• 2+ years of experience working in laboratory environments, including surface preparation or analytical techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience working in chemical laboratory environments
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced settings
• Proven ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and diverse stakeholders
• Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
