Payroll Associate

We’re seeking a Payroll Associate (PF2) to join a large financial services organization. This role will support end-to-end payroll processing within an in-house SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) environment. Key Responsibilities Execute and support bi-weekly payroll processing in SAP ECP Review and validate hires, terminations, pay changes, and payroll adjustments Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution Provide day-to-day oversight to offshore payroll support teams Coordinate garnishment processes with third-party vendors Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee pay issues Participate in payroll system testing and enhancements Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1–3 years of payroll, HR Operations, or related experience Experience with payroll systems; SAP ECP preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
