AR Specialist

Job Description Job Description ALL Dimensions Search Group is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The AR Specialist will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and support the AR Department. This position will perform all aspects of the A/R process, including invoicing, cash applications, customer service and various reporting. Recent College Grads welcome to apply!

Some additional responsibilities include:
Maintains and archives support for all A/R transactions
Develops and organizes record-keeping system to handle all audit requests
Keeps accurate customer and contract information
Processes invoicing and all daily receipts of payment
Sets up necessary coding for new items
Provides assistance with researching and solving payment discrepancies
Handles incoming calls and callbacks to customer inquiries
Provides assistance with scanning and other clerical functions for General Ledger and Accounts Payable accounting

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and/or Cash Applications experience
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Accurate data entry and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Team player with strong work ethic and desire to learn new tasks
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
