What You’ll Do

• Lead daily store operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to Starbucks standards.

• Drive business performance through effective decision-making, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their personal best and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

• Create a welcoming environment where customers and employees feel valued, connected, and supported.

• Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and the community.

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store environment.

• Support staffing, training, and performance development initiatives.

• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling company values and inspiring your team to achieve shared goals.

• Follow all operational, safety, food handling, and cash management procedures.

• Two years of progressively responsible retail experience and at least one year of customer service experience, or four years of U.S. military service.

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
