TALENT POOL: Field Specialist (all genders) Medizinische Großgeräte - Region West Job Description Dein Job: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Reparaturen und Installationen (inkl. Remote-Reparaturen, Field Change Ordern) Systemübergreifende Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung unter klinischen, technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle Kommunikation, Eskalationsmanagement und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern; Anleitung von Kollegen Durchführung technischer Einweisungen bei Installationen, Koordination kleiner Projekte (Umzüge, Upgrades, Neu-Installationen) Selbstständige Lösung von IT-/Netzwerkstörungen, inkl. Anbindung von Fremdsystemen Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Projektmanagement, Weitergabe relevanter Informationen, Betreuung von Kunden im Rahmen der Instandhaltung Vollständige Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten nach Philips-Qualitätskriterien, Meldung sicherheitsrelevanter Mängel und Einhaltung relevanter Prozesse Tätigkeit als Medizinprodukteberater gemäß §31 MPG / §83 MPDG sowie Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden Folgendes solltest du mitbringen: Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Medizininformatik/ Informatik/ Elektrotechnik/Informations-Netzwerktechnik, Medizintechnik oder Bio-Medizin Außendiensterfahrung sowie relevante Kenntnisse im medizintechnischen Bereich und medizinisches Basiswissen Sehr gute interne und externe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten, Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit Kundenmanagement, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und professionelles Eskalationsmanagement Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Hohe Flexibilität, überregionale Mobilität und Reisebereitschaft (>70%), inkl.
