Regional Sales Manager for Sales Region in Germany Location: Germany (remote/home office possible) Department: Sales / Field Service Company: OLI About Us OLI is the world’s leading manufacturer of electric and pneumatic vibrators and is part of the internationally renowned WOLONG Group. With a global network of subsidiaries, partners, and warehouses, we ensure fast availability and first-class customer service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) based in Germany to manage and expand our German Sales Region (NRW / Niedersachsen / Sachsen-Anhalt / Berlin / Hamburg / Bremen / Meck.-Pom.) Your Responsibilities Manage and expand the existing customer base in the Sales region Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers Build and maintain long‑term business relationships Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultations on‑site Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and customer training sessions Provide regular reporting to the Sales Management and maintain the CRM system Closely collaborate with our team in the German branch and the headquarters in Italy Your Profile Residence in Germany (willingness to travel extensively within the Sales region) Professional experience in technical sales, ideally in industrial equipment or mechanical engineering Confident appearance with strong communication and negotiation skills Independent, structured, and customer‑oriented working style Good English skills; Dutch or French language skills are a plus Willingness to travel (approx. 50–70%) What We Offer A secure position in a successful international company Attractive compensation package including performance‑based bonus Company car for business and private use Comprehensive onboarding and continuous trainingHigh degree of autonomy and responsibility Short decision‑making processes and a motivated team #J-18808-Ljbffr
