About the Role As an Engineering Manager on our team, you will lead a talented team of engineers in building compelling high-quality features for the Turbine platform. You will focus heavily on execution and team mentorship, while ensuring the team delivers on their commitments What you'll do Recruit, manage, motivate and mentor team of engineers Lead the engineering team to increase throughput, improve quality, and continuously improve processes Coach team members on software development and testing best practices Work with architectural teams to ensure sound architectural decisions are made Provide performance feedback for the team Provides pace setting for the team to drive team performance Collaborate with other engineering managers and leaders to identify technical and customer-facing impacts Recommend best practices or alternative approaches to solving challenging problems Articulate development status and challenges to stakeholders Have 1:1s with every team member on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Work with all stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap Be responsible for the overall success of the team.
