VP of Engineering Location: Denver, CO or Houston, TX Company type: Growth-Stage Midstream Pipeline & Terminal Operator (Aviation Fuels Focus) Position Overview The Vice President of Engineering will lead the rapid scaling, modernization, and optimization of the company’s engineering and infrastructure portfolio as they expand their refined-products and aviation fuel footprint. This executive will build and mature an engineering organization capable of supporting accelerated project pipelines, new market entry, and best-in-class operational performance across pipelines, terminals, tank farms, hydrant systems, and aviation fueling infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Organizational Build‑Out Capital Program Leadership Technical Excellence & Innovation Cross‑Functional Leadership Team Development Qualifications 15+ years of pipeline/terminal/fuels engineering experience, including leadership of rapid‑growth or transformation periods Proven success building or scaling engineering organizations, processes, and capital project execution capabilities Proven experience in leading successful engineering budgets Strong background in refined‑products and aviation fuel infrastructure Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments PE license preferred; advanced degree a plus Unfortunately, this company is not able to provide work sponsorship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
