About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's HR strategy, partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, and leading talent acquisition and development initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong operational background, capable of building and scaling HR processes to support the company's growth, including through acquisitions. The VP of HR will also oversee performance management, compensation planning, and ensure compliance with all employment regulations. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience. A background in supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling businesses is essential, and experience in construction, commercial services, industrial, or related industries is highly preferred. The role demands a professional with excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, who can foster a people-first culture and is adept at using HR analytics to drive business decisions. Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar is a plus, and experience in private equity-backed organizations, multi-state operations, and M&A integration is also beneficial.
