About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global HR Technology & People Platforms to lead the transformation of its people technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to integrate and enhance various HR systems, with a focus on Workday and a new HR Service Delivery Platform. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of HR processes, including workforce planning, talent deployment, and employee experience, and the ability to drive process standardization, automation, and AI enablement across HR, Finance, and IT. The VP will also be tasked with building a closed-loop talent flywheel, enabling internal mobility, and ensuring that the technology supports the organization's growth and complexity. Applicants for the VP, Global HR Technology & People Platforms role at the company should have 10-15 years' of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or People Systems leadership, with a strong background in Workday HCM. The role requires a proven track record in leading HRIS teams, managing large-scale system implementations, and strong stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field. Experience with AI-enabled HR technologies, data governance, and HR compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations, experience in HR shared services, and a strong understanding of HR analytics and people data. Change management and stakeholder communication expertise are also key for this position.
