Assistant Financial Controller

Need someone who is self driven ok with ambiguity and fast paced work environment seeking a hands-on Assistant Controller to support the build-out of its North American finance organization during a major transformation and ERP implementation. Key Requirements CPA required Experience in Controller, Assistant Controller, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Controllership functions Strong background in intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and royalty accounting Experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P/P2P) processes Solid US GAAP knowledge ERP experience (SAP or Dynamics preferred) Big 4/public accounting experience is a plus Experience in a carve-out, shared services, or PE-backed environment is highly desirable Responsibilities Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and royalty cross-charges Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance Partner with tax, treasury, procurement, and shared services teams Support ERP implementation and TSA transition activities Drive issue resolution across finance operations and transaction processing Ideal Candidate Self-starter with strong ownership mentality Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments Comfortable building processes and solving problems independently Highly organized with strong communication and stakeholder management skills This is an excellent opportunity for a controller-track accounting professional looking for broad exposure and high visibility within a growing PE-backed organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunrise Systems, Inc.
