Business Development Manager

Nmble Hiring Solutions

At Nmble, we help companies scale through exceptional talent across Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Healthcare. We’re growing aggressively and looking for a relationship-driven business development professional who knows how to open doors, build trust, and create pipeline from scratch. This is not a “wait for inbound leads” role. We want someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities without heavy marketing support, and selling an emerging, high-growth recruiting brand. If you’re entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and motivated by uncapped earning potential, we’d love to talk. What You’ll Do Develop new client relationships across Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, and/or Healthcare sectors Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach Own the full business development cycle from prospecting through signed agreements Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives Grow and manage client accounts post-sale to expand revenue opportunities Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery Identify market trends, hiring patterns, and expansion opportunities Represent Nmble as a trusted talent partner in the market What We’re Looking For We want: Relationship-heavy hunters People who can create pipeline without marketing support Reps comfortable selling an emerging service and growing brand Professionals who know how to earn trust quickly with decision makers Self-starters who thrive in fast-moving environments Ideal Background Experience in staffing, recruiting, talent solutions, or B2B services sales Strong outbound business development skills Proven ability to open new accounts and grow revenue Comfortable operating with autonomy Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience in Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Healthcare staffing is a major plus Bonus Points Existing client relationships or local network Experience running a full desk Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping build a growing firm Highly competitive uncapped commission structure Strong earning potential tied directly to performance Opportunity to help shape and grow a rapidly expanding staffing firm Flexible work environment High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership Why Nmble?
