Job Full Description

Immediate full time, temporary, office administrator job for as Santa Cruz medical industry office. This role requires someone with great customer service, computer proficiency, and understanding of HIIPA compliance.

Tasks:

Answering and directing phones
Verifying benefits eligibility
Processing co-pays
Maintaining and updating patient records
Appointment setting
Administrative tasks to support office

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Organized
Proficient with MS Office Suite and able to learn the basics of custom software
Fast paced environment adaptability
HIPAA knowledge

Pay is $20-$24 per hour, DOE / Length of job not firm, a month or longer most likely.
