Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:45 AM - 02:00 PMSun07:45 AM - 02:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Screen individuals entering designated areas using approved screening equipment and procedures, escalating prohibited items, access concerns, and/or unusual activity according to site policy. Verify credentials, direct visitors to appropriate entrances or departments, and communicate access requirements in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, screening areas, and nearby perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
