About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading the commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be accountable for sales performance, revenue generation, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales-team leadership. This executive will be responsible for owning the full commercial engine, including sales operations, marketing, and business development, with a focus on accelerating performance through people-first leadership and AI-powered tools. The role demands a results-driven individual with a proven history of building and developing high-performing sales organizations, particularly in the healthcare technology sector. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales & Marketing include leading and developing a senior, quota-carrying sales team, expanding market reach, and embedding AI tools to enhance commercial operations. The role also involves direct oversight of integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market positioning, and brand leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, the ability to influence C-suite executives, and a background in complex B2B technology sales. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or Master's degree. The role is suited to a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare technology market, including experience in ambulatory EHR and related software.
