Qualifications:

• ASHA CCC required (CFs not considered at this time)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based practice (grades Preschool–8th)
• Comfortable managing caseloads of 40–70 students (varies by setting)
• Familiarity with or interest in AAC is helpful, but not required
• Flexibility to work both virtually and in-person; SLPAs may be considered for onsite roles
• Bilingual skills are a plus; willing to accommodate if present

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in varied school settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Track progress and maintain precise documentation
• Engage in ongoing professional learning
