- Demonstrated skill in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (including OT, PT, SLP, Autism Consultant, TOR, and nursing staff).
- Effective communication skills for working with children, caregivers, and educators.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week, with occasional flexibility as needed.
- Commitment to on-site work; remote or virtual services are not part of this position.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide Pre-K students’ transition into school with evidence-based behavioral interventions.
- Deliver classroom consultation and collaborate with caregivers to support students’ school adjustment.
- Provide input during two-day multidisciplinary evaluation sessions for new students.
- Partner with First Step Transition team and participate in SNAP preschool services.
Make an immediate difference in the lives of Pre-K students and their families. Ready to help shape successful school experiences for young learners? Apply today and be a catalyst for growth and positive change!
