Job Title: Rust Architect / Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rust Architect / Backend Developer to contribute to an AI training project focused on backend architecture asynchronous and concurrent systems service design infrastructure and technical debugging. The ideal candidate will evaluate and develop backend solutions that are reliable maintainable scalable and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solve and validate Rust backend problems involving APIs persistence concurrency performance and reliability.
2. Translate functional requirements and performance targets into reproducible implementation and testing workflows.
3. Set up Rust crate workspaces configuration files test fixtures databases dependency services and containerized environments.
4. Evaluate backend correctness scalability and failure-handling mechanisms.
5. Develop and review technical solutions that meet production-quality standards.

Required Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of Rust backend service design APIs data systems and production software architecture.
2. Experience analyzing backend correctness performance scalability and reliability.
3. Practical Rust programming experience through professional work research or open-source projects.
4. Demonstrated ownership of Rust architecture and backend development.
5. Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills.
