Sr Backend Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (onsite 3 days in a week and 2 days remote) or New York, NY – Locals only
The candidate has to do the coding test in 24 hours — we will not be able to submit the candidate to the client without coding test. No fake please. LinkedIn should have connections and activity. OPT are okay but they have to have validity for more than 2 years. Don’t send me candidates who have their degree from Osmania University, JNTU — the client doesn’t like to see those profiles. He is very picky about candidates' backgrounds – they are jumpy/have gaps we need a story as to why. He prefers candidates with longer stints, someone who wants to stay for a long time.
Required:
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python development experience
- FastAPI and REST API development
- Strong SQL/database experience
- Extensive Azure/cloud experience
- CI/CD and DevOps experience
- Experience building and supporting production applications
- Strong individual contributor who can work independently and own deliverables
- Strong communication skills

- OpenAI experience
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Anthropic APIs
- Azure OpenAI
- Databricks
- Experience building AI-powered applications
