The ideal candidate will assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring according to recipes. Assist in cooking and plating dishes in accordance with restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion. Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed. Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries. Qualifications Previous experience as a prep or line cook preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
