Atlas Heating & Air is seeking one HVAC Journeyman and one HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. These roles support the installation of HVAC systems across residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on sheet metal and equipment installation for commercial jobs .
Ideal candidates are motivated, mechanically inclined, and eager to contribute to high‐quality, efficient installations while learning from experienced professionals. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments
- Assist with sheet metal installation and equipment placement on commercial projects
- Follow all safety standards, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain professional communication with customers, team members, and project partners
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry‐level experience in HVAC
- Previous experience as an HVAC Journeyman or Apprentice
- Understanding of HVAC installation procedures and mechanical terminology
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and submittals
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast‐paced environment
- Effective time‐management and reliability
