Job Duties:

• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Work effectively in a team environment to promote productivity
• Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback
• Inspect outgoing material for accuracy
• Maintain work area and equipment in clean, orderly condition and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Participate in the Company safety programs and proactively uphold the Company safety culture
• Cross-train on multiple machines
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required
• Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in an uncontrolled climate environment and in the elements
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role

Hours:

• 12-hour days
• 7 days on and 7 days off
