We are seeking an experienced Land Development Senior Project Manager to lead complex residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects from initial feasibility through to construction completion. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-value projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver outcomes that meet planning, technical, financial and programme objectives.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, including site feasibility, due diligence, consultant procurement, planning approvals, engineering design, infrastructure coordination, tendering, construction and handover. Key responsibilities include preparing and monitoring project budgets and programmes, managing risks and dependencies, reviewing technical documentation, coordinating architects, engineers, planners, contractors and authorities, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, approvals and quality standards. You will also oversee reporting, stakeholder communications, contract administration and issue resolution, while identifying opportunities to improve project value, efficiency and delivery outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience managing land development or major property projects, ideally across multiple sectors and project stages. A degree or professional qualification in civil engineering, construction, project management, property, urban planning or a related discipline is preferred. You will have strong knowledge of development approvals, civil infrastructure, consultant and contractor management, construction processes, financial control and risk management. Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills are essential, together with the ability to influence stakeholders and make sound commercial decisions. You should be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management systems, financial reporting tools and relevant industry standards will be advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful development projects while working with a collaborative, high-performing team.
