What You'll Do as a Office Manager: Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service. Take customer orders for portable toilet rentals, servicing, and pickups. Schedule deliveries, service routes, and equipment pickups. Create and optimize daily routes for delivery and service drivers. Communicate route assignments and daily instructions to drivers. Coordinate with drivers throughout the day regarding customer locations, schedule changes, and service requests. Enter customer information, invoices, payments, and other financial transactions into QuickBooks. Generate invoices and process customer payments. Maintain accurate customer records and job schedules. Monitor service schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and scheduling issues professionally. Track inventory and assist with ordering office and operational supplies as needed. Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
