Responsibilities Apply your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Physical Therapist Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient‑centered care CPR and first‑aid certification required Comfortable treating a broad range of general outpatient orthopedic conditions; pediatric experience is preferred. Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists. Compensation Salary: $86K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
