To support business transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational excellence and client outcomes within the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership and teams to identify process improvements and define project goals Manage strategic business transformation projects focused on RCM operations and technology adoption Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, resource allocation, and risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred PMP certification 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle industry Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes within the healthcare sector Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
