This person is responsible for independently managing multiple small to medium-scale projects for clients, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through completion. This role focuses on controlling project costs, schedules, and resources while fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors. The Project Manager guides clients in decision-making, ensures solutions align with business needs, and delivers projects that meet or exceed expectations.
