Technical Recruiter Opportunity

Brickhouse Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be relationship-focused, dedicated to delivering a quality recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates, and someone who is able to function independently but enjoys collaborating and celebrating with a team.

In this role, you will:

1. Lead the recruitment process including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, and extending offers
2. Represent Brickhouse's People Driven brand values and culture by supporting a transparent, quality-focused, and enjoyable candidate and client experience
3. Assist with writing and posting job descriptions
4. Participate in Brickhouse's CARE program through on-going communication and celebration of our consultants and clients
5. Help attract, train, and support additional Brickhouse team members

You bring:

• Prior agency recruiting experience
• An emphasis on quality over quantity recruitment practices
• A focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive candidate and client experience
• A desire to experiment and try new things and an interest in growing and enhancing our company brand and presence
