Preoperative PACU Registered Nurse

Preoperative PACU Registered Nurse – Advanced Surgery Center of Tampa We are hiring a full-time Preoperative PACU Registered Nurse to join the team. This position is Monday-Friday, off on weekends/holidays, and no call. The PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient’s condition, ensuring safety, comfort, and privacy. May assist physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation and sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide comprehensive care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge.
