Driver Positions Position Summary: Multiple driver and delivery roles are available with companies such as FedEx, Dunkin’, Haddad Plumbing & Heating, Amazon, Vesta Home, WasteConnections, VillageCare, and others. These roles involve safe and efficient delivery of goods, following company or carrier standards, and maintaining vehicle and safety protocols. Compensation: Rates range from $16.00 to $26.00 hourly and include part‑time or full‑time schedules, depending on the posting. Responsibilities: Deliver and pickup packages and merchandise to assigned locations. Verify shipments for conformance to company or carrier standards. Load and secure goods on delivery trucks or hand trucks, ensuring safe transport. Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery documentation. Follow all vehicle and safety procedures, including company and federal regulations. Provide courteous and efficient customer service at each delivery touchpoint. Operate company vehicles safely in all weather conditions. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (car, truck, van, or boat). Clean driving record and ability to pass regular vehicle inspections. Physical stamina to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs. Strong time‑management skills and reliability. Basic computer skills for using delivery apps or logging tools (where applicable).
