The primary responsibilities include pouring concrete, dismantling scaffolding, loading/unloading equipment, moving, unloading, setting shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows, and site clean-up. We offer an internal apprenticeship program to train and build our internal team. We have 4 levels for each trade, and each level comes with pay increases. These positions start at Level II, with the potential to progress to Level IV. Laborers can also advance to higher positions with increased pay.Work EnvironmentStart times range from 4am-6am, with the possibility of starting as early as 1am during summer concrete pours. Workdays are 8-10 hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Flexibility to travel around the valley is required, as job sites may vary. Current job sites include the Cubs Training Facility, a museum in downtown, and two battery storage facilities in East Mesa and out west.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.44 - $29.68/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
