Mobile Device Payments Test Manager

We’re a fast-growing product that requires excellence program and project management work to ensure we deliver, with velocity, high quality features to our users.This project/position will be working closely with engineering and product to manage projects that improve the overall quality and efficiency of the client’s wallet.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Client’s Localization team and the release Program Manager to establish a checkpoint in launches.Setup and create management processes for Lab, in collaboration with QA specialists.Create program charter, project tracker and communication plans for Engineering Excellence initiative.To complete these projects, candidate will be expected to complete the follow responsibilities daily/consistently.Manage project tasks, timelines, and dependencies.Communicate with key stakeholders’ status, next steps and any risks.Propose processes, gather buy-in and implement the new plan, working closely with T/PgM team.Understand the big picture and notice where small issues could lead to bigger problems, proactively identify solutions and driving them before any ‘fires’ occur.Mandatory:Experience working with Wallet ,Payment Gateway, or POS devices.4+ years of experience in program/project management for Software development.2+ years working with quality assurance, device testing, or customer technical support triaging.2+ years of experience editing videos.2+ years working on mobile app development.Desired:4+ yrs. of experience with software development in large organizations (i.e. 10k+ employees).Experience with NFC hardware / devices.Experience with Android OS development.Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
