Job TitleCloud Operations Engineer – Production Operation Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of Sage Intacct services, including AI-driven onboarding and data migration workflows introduced through Doyen AI. This role focuses on ensuring production stability, improving system observability, and enabling automation across cloud infrastructure. Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Strong background in systems operations, monitoring, and incident management
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems
