We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you will support the SVP of Payment Services, drive critical workstreams within the org's AI Transformation, own PSP's operating expense (Opex) management, and help build and advance business cases that shape the org's direction. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves fast without losing precision, and can flex between big-picture strategy and the details of getting things done. We need someone low-ego who is willing to roll up their sleeves and drive the work forward themselves, regardless of scope or level of task.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead complex projects of diverse scope to optimize operational processes.
• Participate in complex problem resolution and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Drive global process improvements within the organization.
• Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
• Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
• Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
• Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to drive business cases and strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see and communicate the bigger picture.
• Demonstrated experience managing and influencing stakeholders at varying levels, including senior leaders, without direct reporting authority.
• A track record of proactive, independent execution: someone who identifies what needs to happen and drives it forward without waiting to be asked.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and switching context between long-term strategic work and immediate, tactical asks.
• Experience with budget/Opex management or financial operations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
• Prior business operations, strategy, or product management experience preferred.

What You'll Do

• Chief of Staff Support: helping prioritize the org's agenda, prepare for key leadership and stakeholder engagements, and ensure follow-through on commitments across the organization
• AI Transformation: Drive specific workstreams within the org's AI Transformation initiative, coordinating across cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, unblock issues, and report progress to leadership.
• Opex / Budget Management: Own day-to-day management of PSP's operating budget, including tracking spend against plan, identifying variances, and partnering with Finance to ensure disciplined, transparent budget stewardship.
• Business Case Development: Build, refine, and drive forward business cases for new initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to align on scope, investment, and expected outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across the org and with cross-functional partners; influence without direct authority to keep initiatives moving and aligned.
• Operational Rigor: Bring structure and attention to detail to fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
