We provide premium, high-touch IT services to small businesses and residential clients throughout our community. Our services include both:

• On-demand (as-needed) IT support
• Managed IT for small business clients (1-100 employees)

We are locally owned and operated, and our team takes pride in delivering white-glove service in every interaction.

Our clients come to us frustrated, overwhelmed, or stuck. We fix the problem and make them feel calm again.

This is not a remote role.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior IT Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience across hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments.

You will:

• Start and end each day in our Bellevue office
• Handle in-store, on-site, and remote appointments
• Diagnose issues independently
• Present 1–2 solution options (with your recommendation)
• Provide time estimates or simple scopes for larger projects
• Execute the work
• Demonstrate completion and ensure client satisfaction

95% of your work will be on-demand IT services (not back-end MSP ticket work). xhyhwjd

Expect variety:

• Data recovery
• Malware remediation & hacked remediation
• Microsoft 365 setup & migrations
• DNS updates (MX, SPF, DKIM)
• Network troubleshooting & installs
• Office setups & moves
• Custom workstation builds

What You Need

• 5+ years hands-on IT support experience
• Strong Windows & macOS troubleshooting skills
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN basics)
• Microsoft 365 admin experience
• Experience configuring routers, firewalls, and access points
• Strong in-person communication skills
• Valid driver's license

You should be comfortable walking into unfamiliar environments (business and residential), diagnosing confidently, and communicating clearly.
