Associate Commercial Business Development Executive

PCI Pharma Services seeks an Associate Commercial Business Development Executive to support account management, lead generation, and client relationship activities across multiple U.S. locations. The role involves database research, outbound prospecting, meeting coordination, and management of smaller client accounts within the clinical drug development sector.
Responsibilities
- Support lead generation activities by researching drug development companies and updating Salesforce database records
- Conduct outbound calls to CROs, medical device, and cell therapy organizations to identify new business opportunities
- Attend client meetings and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes within two business days
- Assist with Quarterly Business Review preparation, site visit coordination, and legal documentation submission
- Manage smaller client accounts and respond to inquiries via email, phone, website, and trade shows
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Prior outbound calling experience with customers, clients, or similar contacts
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel over 40% of the time
- Strong organizational skills and capacity for independent work
- Telephone communication skills and interest in healthcare markets
Compensation: $76,000-$85,500 base plus annual performance bonus
