A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a great health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and much more.Salary + Commission Potential: $70,000 - $170,000 annually, depending on experience.Sign-On Bonus $5,000 based on experience.Responsibilities:Sell and promote all Koorsen Clean Agent, CO2, Fire Alarm productsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with current branch customers, Electrical and General ContractorsIdentify Clean Agent and CO2 system upgrades, moves, adds, and change opportunitiesCold call facilities, Electrical, and General Contractors for new relationshipsCoordinate lunch and learns for prospective contractors and customers about our productsMaintain pipeline data in Ignite – Sales TrackerInteract with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional mannerDemonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practicesOpen-minded willingness for continual learningFollow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core valuesAny other duties deemed appropriate by managementRequired:3 + years of fire or suppression sales experienceRead and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specificationsValid driver’s licensePass drug and background screeningsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointPhysical Demands:Must be able to sit for long periods of timeMust be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computerExposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noisesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire.
