Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 06:00 - 16:30 Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN State Licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience with Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic, and Open-heart cases. Description: The unit aims to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Staff will work in a setting that includes a variety of cardiovascular surgical procedures. Nurses will assist in preparing patients for surgery and provide post-operative care. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate with a surgical team. Flexibility for call requirements during nights and weekends is essential. Teamwork and effective communication with both patients and colleagues are vital. The dress code includes scrubs in any color, adhering to professional standards. This position involves caring for a diverse patient population, requiring compassion and understanding.
