Figma is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve our Workday platform with a focus on Core HCM configuration, reporting, security, EIBs, and alerts. This full-time role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States. You’ll manage Workday security, partner with stakeholders to ensure SOX compliance, and drive end-to-end projects across Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, and Absence. Strong analytical skills and hands-on Workday experience are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Figma
