The Role As an AI Transformation Director, you will lead strategic AI transformation engagements from opportunity identification through to delivery. Key responsibilities include: Leading AI transformation programmes for enterprise and mid-market clients Advising C-suite and senior leadership teams on AI strategy and value creation opportunities Defining business transformation roadmaps, operating model changes, and implementation plans Structuring and developing proposals, scopes of work, and client approaches Leading cross-functional consulting and delivery teams Acting as a senior strategic advisor across complex client engagements Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and grow existing accounts Translating business objectives into practical AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable impact Supporting commercial growth through engagement shaping and proposal development Your Skills & Experience You will bring a strong consulting background combined with experience helping organisations navigate strategic transformation initiatives.
