LIHTC Production Director - Real Estate Investments

Aegon Asset Management is seeking a Managing Director for LIHTC Community Investments. Lead the LIHTC Production team, oversee underwriting, and develop new business with developers to meet annual production goals.
Collaborate with legal, tax, asset management, and investor relations to structure transactions. Must have a strong real estate underwriting track record, superior negotiation and leadership skills, and experience in financial modeling using Excel.
