Onboarding Specialist

• High School diploma required
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Prior customer service, preferred
• Time management skills
• Quick learner and adapt to changes within the organization
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new computer programs
• Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group
- Act as a liaison between the Operations/Sales & recruiting teams and BDN Contractors
- Provide support for the BDN Contractors
- Use problem solving skills to find ways to meet the needs of the BDN Contractors
- Ensure onboarding documents and other requirements are properly completed prior to the start of an assignment
- Communicate with Account Executives and Recruiters to ensure proper documentation is completed and received
- Set up & track drug tests and background checks per client requirements
- Track and communicate pending requirements to internal team
- Send out and review contractor paperwork
