Sales Director

Full-Time | Sales & Marketing Are you a driven sales professional who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and turn leads into move-ins? We are seeking a highly motivated, results-focused Sales Director to lead sales and business development for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This is a boots-on-the-ground sales position for someone who thrives on getting out into the community, developing referral relationships, generating qualified leads, conducting tours, and helping families navigate the senior living decision-making process. What You'll Do Own the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in. Respond promptly to new inquiries and referrals. Consistently follow up with prospective residents and families. Conduct personalized community tours. Develop strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, Veterans organizations, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners. Conduct regular in-person sales calls and community outreach . Identify and develop new referral sources. Maintain accurate and detailed CRM documentation. Ensure every active prospect has a clear next step and follow-up plan. Maintain an organized pipeline of Hot, Warm, and future prospects. Follow up promptly after tours and actively work through barriers to move-in. Coordinate with clinical and operational leadership throughout the admission process. Participate in networking events, community events, open houses, and other marketing opportunities. Monitor the local senior living market and competitors. Provide accurate reporting on leads, tours, sales activity, projected move-ins, and occupancy. How Success Is Measured This is a results-driven position with clear expectations. Performance will be measured through: Qualified leads and referrals In-person referral-source sales calls Tours scheduled and completed Sales follow-up activity Hot and warm prospects Tour-to-move-in conversion Move-ins New and existing referral-source relationships CRM accuracy and timely follow-up Overall occupancy growth What We're Looking For Previous sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred. Assisted Living or Memory Care sales experience is strongly preferred. Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and follow-through. Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting face-to-face sales visits. Ability to confidently conduct tours and work with families. Self-motivated, competitive, and results driven. Comfortable being held accountable to measurable sales and occupancy goals. CRM experience preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local outreach. Compensation & Schedule $80,000+ per year Full-Time | In-Person This position requires an active presence both inside the community and throughout the local market. Occasional evening and weekend availability may be necessary for tours, events, and networking opportunities.
