Human Resources Talent Acquisition SpecialistPartners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business. Assist in the development and execution of the recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to recruiting. Participate in the candidate selection process. Plan and execute recruitment events. Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates. Develop a recruiting strategy with Oracle's Lines of Business to ensure quality hires within the organizations budget. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle's Lines of Business. Serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens. Plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates /managers. Lead the development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives. May train and mentor other team members. Have project lead role. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
