Outside Sales Professional
$3,000 per monthNorthwest Exterminating
Responsibilities Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes : Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs. Sales and Lead Generation : Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses. Customer Transition : Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal customers. Relationship Building : Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Ongoing Learning : Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills. Safety First : Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Sales experience preferred. Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid). Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments. Benefits Training Salary : $3,000/month during training, with potential to earn commission thereafter. Company Vehicle, Cell Phone, and iPad provided for route assignments. Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
