Full-Time Licensed Emt/A Or B Lead
Care Runners EMS is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time licensed EMT/A or B lead to join our team in Stockbridge, GA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide exceptional emergency medical services while leading and supporting fellow EMTs in the field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise EMT/A or B personnel during emergency response and daily operations.
- Provide prompt, effective, and compassionate patient care in accordance with protocols and state laws.
- Respond to emergency calls and assist with patient assessment, treatment, and transport.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling, training, mentoring, and developing EMT team members.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in proper working condition and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and emergency services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Laundry and cleanliness of ambulance for infection control
- Review of PCR's and readiness for billing submission
Requirements
- Current and valid EMT/A or EMT-B certification/license.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed EMT preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
